Streamate / SexTracker MoneyTree would like our webmasters to know that we are making every effort to satisfy the 2257 requirements with as little disruption as possible. Your patience and loyalty is appreciated!

In an effort to satisfy 18 USC 2257, 28 CFR 75 requirements, as well as continue to provide our webmasters with the proper tools promote our product - we will be adding the following policies to our program.

Effective June 23rd, 2005 - we will no longer provide depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 USCS 2256 or hardcore content for any of the programs within the SexTracker MoneyTree system. While we do hold proper documentation for content - we have chosen not to release personal information or documentation of the models, performers or individuals promoted within SexTracker MoneyTree. We feel the release of this information jeopardizes one's right to privacy and threatens one's personal safety. Therefore we will only provide non-sexually explicit materials. Any hardcore material in the SexTracker MoneyTree system is hosted by us and we retain the proper documentation for these images. Use of these images outside our servers is strictly forbidden.

We ask that SexTracker MoneyTree webmasters no longer use any hardcore images obtained from our content areas. If you are promoting hardcore materials - we strongly suggest you replace this with non sexually explicit content. We will gladly provide you with ample non sexually explicit materials to continue to promote our products successfully.

This policy refers to the content offered in and provided by the SexTracker MoneyTree program only. Hardcore content may be used, as long as the license or copyright is held by the webmaster exclusively and is not provided by SexTracker MoneyTree.

As of June 23rd, 2005, this policy will become part of the SexTracker MoneyTree Terms of Service. We will notify our webmasters of any changes to this policy as needed. Please contact us if you have any further questions."
